Keto Food

So I am one month into my keto diet. I actually do not like the word “diet” to describe it as I am not limiting my intake of food, in just changing the types of food I am consuming. I am not going to go into the whole “what is keto” thing because there is so much information out there about it that I would just be regurgitating (excuse the pun) the whole thing. I have lost 10 lbs so far and I could not be happier. I am never hungry and I feel like I have more energy. My skin and hair also look amazing. I am trying to be creative with the food I make so every so often I will share with you some of my meals. Today, I decided to experiment with sausages. I bought chicken spinach precooked sausages and stir fried them in butter with cream cheese, mushrooms, red pepper and spinach. I also added my favourite Nando’s Peri-Peri sauce for some kick. Voila the results!
