Keto Fried Chicken

What I love about following the keto lifestyle is that you never miss out on a lot of the foods you might think you couldn’t have anymore.

Take fried chicken. I dip my pieces in egg and then coat them in almond flour and shredded coconut and fry them in a pan with butter. So tender and crispy and the coconut gives it a nice crunch. Pair it with a hearty salad and you have the fixings of a five star meal. Give it a try! You’ll never go back to the oily type again.
